These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Services Description
Evri provides a shipment tracking platform that allows users to monitor the status and location of parcels and freight in real time. Our Services include:
- Public parcel tracking using a unique tracking number
- Ground delivery, air freight, same-day courier, and warehouse fulfilment services
- Email notifications for shipment status updates
- Interactive map tracking with live route visualisation
- Administrative tools for business customers managing shipments
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Tracking Number Usage
Tracking numbers are unique identifiers assigned to each shipment. You may only use a tracking number to monitor shipments you are the sender or intended recipient of. Any unauthorised use of tracking numbers is prohibited.
Tracking data is provided on a best-efforts basis. While we aim for real-time accuracy, we cannot guarantee that tracking information is always up to date or error-free.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or its related systems
- Engage in any automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting without express written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Circumvent rate limits or security measures
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Evri and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Evri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profit, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the Services
- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Any delays, loss, or damage to shipments
- Errors or inaccuracies in tracking information
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including mapping and routing providers, and others. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Your use of such third-party services is subject to the respective terms and conditions of those providers.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
