How long does ground delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days. Next-day delivery is available for orders booked before 12pm.
Can I track my ground delivery?
Yes — all ground deliveries include full end-to-end tracking with a live map and timeline updates.
What sizes and weights are accepted?
We accept parcels up to 30kg and up to 120cm on the longest side. Contact us for oversized items.
What happens if I'm not in?
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times and can leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour if instructed.
